Forester Square
in Auburn Hills was constructed to be a "traditional neighborhood development (TND)." The concept behind TND is to create a community of mixed uses, similar to the much sought after small towns of the American past.
Forester Square
is built around tree lined streets, sidewalks, playgrounds, parks, public spaces and a diverse mix of housing types. WH Canon has recently completed installation of Phases 1- 6. Work to date includes: A 140’ by 10’ pergola, several hundred street trees, decorative metal and wood fencing, benches, tables and chairs and 7000 square feet of concrete pavers and 2500 face feet of site retaining walls.
