Jackson National Life Insurance Company, located in Lansing, contacted WH Canon Company to redesign their entrance landscape.  Their building and site were constructed on a grand scale; however, the entrance had few plantings and did not fit with the scale of the rest of the property.  We created a design that used spade moved evergreen trees as the backdrop for a berm with large limestone outcroppings.  Throughout the berm, flowering trees and shrubs, native perennials and ornamental grasses create a lush landscape to match the scale of the rest of the site.  The completed landscape achieved the clients' goals, budget and timeline.  Installed to have an immediate mature landscape, the plants provided color throughout the summer and fall.
