We are creating a master plan and design guidelines for short and long term landscape and site design for the 1100 acre Ford Rouge Center .  Ford Motor Company owns 600 of the 1100 acres.  Solutions cross property lines to create a unified campus.  Current design implementation efforts include the Miller Road Streetscape, the LEED Gold Certified Visitor Center , storm water management ponds and swales, hedgerows for wildlife habitat and memorial plazas and gateways.  We are also developing a maintenance manual to be used for on-going, long-term maintenance throughout the complex.  We have recently expanded our work to upgrade greenways within the complex.  To date, we have created over 100 new acres of greenspace at the Rouge.
